Week 5-8: Short Term Goals

As predicted, my return to blogging isn’t really blogging as much as it is a public notebook of how my weeks are going. Without further ado, four weeks of updates!

Other than being fairly active throughout the day, like walking a lot or climbing flights of steps whenever I can, I’ve done zilch as far as scheduled exercise goes. Work takes a lot out of me mentally, so when I have free time, I don’t want to do anything but zone out. That doesn’t mean I’ve been sedentary; I’m up and on my feet as much as possible, which will have to do for now.

Weight loss is still happening, slowly but surely, and I survived my period week without a gain, so all in all I’m feeling great! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that I have finally reached my short term goal of breaking into the 160s! Geez Louise, it only took a year and a half of starts and stops, but I’m there. Next short term goal: hit the 10 pounds lost mark (I am using 175.8 lbs as my “new” starting weight).

    Wow you looking fabulous after your lose 100+ Pounds. You are a great motivation for me.. I am following you to reduce weight and hope to reduce some Pounds in next few days.
