Week 4: Quick and Dirty

I don’t have a lot of time to blog this week, but I don’t want to skip this either, so here we go:

Weight Difference Total Loss
Week 4 (9/28/15) 173.0 +0.8 2.8 lbs

Diet & Exercise:
It was my cycle week, so I felt crappy all around and made no real effort to work out. Tracking was pretty spotty too, so I won’t even bother to post my points/calories consumed. I think week 5 will be my last week doing double tracking; Weight Watchers will be #1 and I’ll log food on MFP if I happen to be unlazy at any given moment.
