Reduced Fat Soundtrack

My musical rotation, whether on the run or in the Dojo, doesn’t always have to be fast, heart-pumping, bass-heavy, or riddled with motivational lyrics. If I like the song enough, regardless of its BPM or overall message, I can get lost in it and finish my workout in no time. Sometimes I like Tupac or Wu-Tang. Sometimes I like sad, sappy love songs. Sometimes I like obscure hipster tracks that make me roll my eyes while happily singing along.

I think we all are constantly on the lookout for new gems to add to our playlists, so hopefully you can find something you like on mine. The genres jump all over the place, so this collection may sound odd to you. Warning: some of these songs will cause serious dance-break-itis.

Great playlist. It is very eclectic, but you have a lot of great songs on there.
